Thank you for shopping at Custom Frenzy Shop. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Returns

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.

To initiate a return, contact us at customfrenzyshop@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
